La Bicyclette Jaune is a hotel project being developed in the Bouches Du Rhône region of Provence in the south of France. Focusing specifically on the needs of cyclists, triathletes and other outdoor enthusiasts, La Bicyclette Jaune will be a quiet boutique hotel set amongst olive trees and lavender fields, and will provide the perfect base to explore the epic roads and trails of this region. It will provide the ultimate four-star level boutique hotel experience; accommodation with style, distinction and intimacy in an environment where cyclists and their bicycles will be warmly welcomed.

The preliminary stages of the development plan, including the search for the best location for the property, are currently being implemented and in the interim, La Bicyclette Jaune will be an information resource specifically targetted at cyclists travelling to the south of France. In addition to flight and train information, weather information, and connecting hotel recommendations, La Bicyclette Jaune will offer some great general tips to enhance the travel experience and make a trip to this very special part of France truly memorable.

During the project’s development a seasonal newsletter will be published by La Bicyclette Jaune. In addition to the resources included on the website the newsletter will keep travellers updated on the development's progress and provide interesting facts on food and wine from some of the region's best restaurants. Among other topics of local interest, ride routes recommended by athletes who live and train in the area will be highlighted.
