The property will be located in the vicinity of the city of Aix-en-Provence, within the department of Bouches-du-Rhône. Easily accessible, Aix-en-Provence is twenty five kilometers from the Marseille-Marignane airport, the chief hub for regular scheduled airlines serving the region: Air France, British Airways, Air Littoral, AOM, and Air Liberté. Major rail traffic from Paris arrives at the new TGV train station in Aix in three and a half hours. The TGV Mediterranée links Aix-en-Provence with the whole of France as well as Europe (direct lines to Brussels, Geneva, and connections to London, Amsterdam, Cologne and Milan).
